Responsibilities -Trainer

The trainer would be responsible for

  • To train Academics/Corporate Professionals in the area of soft skills, life skills as specified by the organization
  • To create customized contents,modules,proposals,work sheets and assessments
  • Manage the design,delivery and continuous improvement of training programs
  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tool, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
  • Create high quality deliverables within project budget and policy deadlines
  • Manage training budget effectively, if applicable
  • To conduct and Evaluate assessments
  • To generate training reports
  • Should be willing to travel extensively across the country
  • Excellent Communication skills
