Job Breif :- Require Business Development Manager in ESG / Sustainability and Environment for a Consulting Organization in New Delhi - Interested candidates can share their resumes with achievements at hr@vision360.co.in, Location: New Delhi Expected Deliverables in and as Business Development Professional in ESG / Sustainability and Environment Professional • Market trends assessment and Identify Business opportunities in relevant field of ESG / Sustainability Reporting, Environment, GHG, EHS etc. • Communication with Potential Clients for exploring various business opportunities with an actionable business strategies • Nurturing relationships with clients • Tracking Client actions and maturing business proposals • Creating sales pitches, Developing Proposals, Presentation to Client and mature the business • Developing new sales lead • Attending networking events • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data Essential Quality • Revenue / Sales Volume oriented • Understanding of Environmental Standards and practices and challenges. • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email • Abide by all non-compete/solicit agreements • Ability to identify target audience Qualification • Graduate / Post Graduate in Environment Engineering / Post Graduate in Science / MBA in ESG / Sustainability /Tourism or equivalent • Basic understanding of Environmental Legislative Requirements / Sustainability Reporting as per Global standards (GRI/BRSR/ TCFD / GRESB / EPD / GHG Protocol etc.) • Relevant Certification in ESG and Sustainability will be an added advantage Location - New Delhi Experience- 1 year or more in relevant field (Fresher can also apply for Trainee Position)
